About me

Curriculum Vitae

Presentations / Workshops

I am one of the newest members of the working group and responsible for the map collection of the institute. I am also currently writing my master’s thesis on the decolonization of networks of solidarity in contexts of politics of development.

I did my bachelor’s degree in Kiel, Germany, where I mainly worked on (queer)feminist and urban geographies. I therefore wrote my bachelor thesis on the capitalization of queerness and its influence on urban development processes. I was also a founding member of the Kieler AK Kritische Geographie (working group of Critical Geography). In 2020, I started my Master’s degree in Hamburg, where I became more involved with post- and decolonial approaches and learned and internalized the importance of self-positioning and self-reflection of myself as a researcher. Furthermore, it was here that I first came into contact with creative-artistic methods within geographical research and became more involved with critical and collective mapping methods.
