Teaching
After receiving my Master’s degree in Hispanic/Latin American Studies in Hamburg, I worked in various non-university contexts in the non-profit sector. Until my path led me back to university and directly to the working group in 2014. The topics I work on mainly concern international student exchanges and university cooperation in European and non-European countries. For me, this includes taking a deeper look at university policies and their structural gaps and weaknesses from a diversity-sensitive and postcolonial perspective. Along these topics I am involved in the project “Collective Responsibility. Rassismus(kritik) an Hochschulen” (Collective Responsibility. (Critique of) Racism at Universities) and conduct seminars to raise awareness for diversity-oriented and racism-related topics for students in teaching education and exchange students.
